Every material has both strengths and limitations. We carefully analyse the soil, compress it, and stabilise its particles to achieve strong bonding in Compressed Stabilised Earth Blocks (CSEB). This stabilisation process significantly reduces erosion and helps the structure withstand rain and water exposure. 

Yes. By using U-shaped earth bricks and providing horizontal bands at intervals of about one meter along the height of the structure, seismic forces can be effectively managed, avoiding vertical cracking and improving earthquake resistance. 

We use load-bearing construction techniques for the foundation and structure, similar to those seen in traditional Indian temples and historic railway buildings. These time-tested methods ensure long-term durability and strength.

By adjusting the proportion of stabilisers such as cement, lime, or pozzolanic materials, the strength of earthen bricks can be modified to support construction of up to five floors, depending on design and soil quality. 

With appropriate technology and engineering design that meets slenderness-ratio requirements, wall thickness can be kept similar to conventional modern buildings while maintaining structural safety.

Maintenance is similar to that of conventional buildings and involves routine care to ensure long-term performance.

The blocks and walls are made from fully stabilised earth, where biological activity is eliminated. This prevents the creation of conditions that allow termite infestation or other organic growth. 

Earthen construction may take more time due to soil preparation and block curing. Since time influences cost, the overall construction cost can vary accordingly. However, this reflects the true value of the construction process—because time is money.
